How Pathway Assists Surrogates


We determine your eligibility, learn what you’re looking for in your surrogacy journey, and understand the type of support that’s important to you. We then help connect you with professional partners that may be a good fit for your individual needs and circumstances.



Compensation


At Pathway, you have a voice in your compensation. You choose the base compensation that reflects what you feel is appropriate for your time, commitment, and journey.


Base compensation is the primary amount you receive for completing the surrogacy journey and meeting the agreed-upon requirements outlined in your contract.


In addition to your base compensation, you receive $8,000–$15,000+ in additional bonuses and benefits, depending on your individual journey. Bonuses may include compensation for milestones, procedures, appointments, travel, maternity clothing, and other journey-related expenses or circumstances.


Typically, first-time surrogates may receive up to $70,000+ in total compensation, while repeat surrogates may receive up to $100,000+, depending on their individual circumstances, experience, and the terms of their agreement.


At Pathway you set your expectations. We work with our professional partner agencies to help find a program that aligns with what you feel is right for you, your needs, and your journey.



Qualifications 

  • Age: 21–45 years

  • BMI: 18–35

  • Nationality: U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident

  • No major complications during pregnancy or delivery

  • Have given birth to at least one child and have full custody

  • No more than 3 previous C-sections

  • A positive, supportive, and financially stable environment

  • Tobacco, drug, and alcohol-free

  • No criminal history

  • Communicative, responsible, and dependable

  • Available for medical and psychological appointments as needed
